My first professional job as Hair and Makeup Manager under Director Neal Brasher with Alluvion Stage Company. This story included creative challenges I loved, such as a quick change hairstyle!
The Santa Fe Opera
Wig and Makeup Apprentice for the 2023 season under Wig Designer David Zimmerman with The Santa Fe Opera. The SFO Apprenticeship program includes multiple shows in one season. 2023 shows included: Tosca, The Flying Dutchman, Rusalka, Pelléas et Mélisande, and Apprentice Scenes. I was given the opportunity to collaborate with directors to design wigs and makeup for two of the apprentice scenes, and perform special effects for a third.
